Wall Street indexes were mixed on Tuesday as talks over increasing the U.S. debt
limit stretched to another round, keeping investors jittery on prospects of an
unprecedented government default.  .N 
    
    At 11:32 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.02% at
33,294.06. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.20% at 4,184.2 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was down 0.12% at 12,705.316.
