Wall Street futures fell on Wednesday, pressured by a report on new U.S. curbs
on exporting artificial intelligence (AI) chips to China, while investors
awaited comments from Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell to gauge the path for
interest rates.  .N 
    
    At 7:33 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.07% at 34,207. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were down 0.12% at 4,413.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down
0.29% at 15,067.75.
