** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct fall since July 6
** Clean energy firm to raise A$3.05 million  ($2.20 million) via share placement at an issue price of A$0.038 per share
** Funds will be used to support early gas sales initiative, others - NGY
** Stock has fallen 23.5% year-to-date
