Australia's Nufarm eyes best day in more than 15 months on higher HY profit

** Shares of Nufarm Ltd  NUF.AX  jump as much as 11.3% to
A$5.90, on track for best day since Feb 3, 2022, if gains hold 
    ** Crop protection products maker says HY underlying net
profit after tax rose 7% to A$142 mln ($96.32 mln) 
    ** Expects to deliver modest underlying EBITDA growth in
FY23 on constant currency basis and assuming normal seasonal
conditions
    ** Posts HY revenue from ordinary activities of A$1.95 bln
vs A$2.17 bln a year earlier
    ** Stock down 13.5% this year, as of last close
