       Feb 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Friday:
     
        ** Construction equipment maker Owens Corning <
    OC.N>
     said it has agreed to sell its glass reinforcements
business to India-based Praana Group in a deal valued at $755

        ** India's Asian Paints <
    ASPN.NS>
     said it will sell its Indonesian business to Australia's
Omega Property Investments for S$7.5 million ($5.6 million),
citing growth challenges nine years after entering the market.

    ** Brazilian miner Vale  VALE3.SA  is considering selling a
majority stake in renewable energy business Alianca Energia to
U.S.-based investment firm Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP),
it said.

    ** Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway  BRKa.N  said on
Thursday night it sold 203,091 shares of DaVita  DVA.N ,
reducing its holdings in the kidney dialysis services provider
to about 35.89 million shares, a 45% stake worth nearly $6.4
billion.

    ** A consortium led by Elon Musk will withdraw its
$97.4-billion bid for OpenAI's non-profit arm if the ChatGPT
maker drops plans to become a for-profit entity, the
billionaire's lawyers said in a court filing on Wednesday.

    ** The Brazilian unit of Nutrien  NTR.TO  said it will sell
its fertilizer blending plants in the country, according to a
