 NVEE.O  up 6.4% at $110.48
    **  Co's business, which has taken hit from exposure to
commercial real estate, is exploring sale, according to Reuters
report
    ** Sources says NV5 is in early stages of sale process and
is working with advisers to establish whether deal would be
financially attractive
    ** NV5 representatives did not respond to requests for
comment
    ** NVEE shares down 16.93% YTD
