** Novan Inc  NOVN.O  shares rallying 28% to $18.83 on Mon in a
busy trading session after earlier hitting $20.74, their highest
level since Mar. 2
    ** Stock surged 62% Fri after NOVN skin infection gel met
main goal in late stage study  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL3N2NT2P0
    ** Earlier on Mon, H.C. Wainwright raised NOVN price target
to $28 from $20  
    ** Stock up 132% YTD but trading well below its peak price
of $308.99 reached in Dec. 2016, a few months after market debut
    ** Two analysts, including Wainwright's, rate NOVN 'buy'
according to Refinitiv, which shows one analyst with a $40 PT
and another with a $45 PT
