U.S. stocks rose on Thursday, with the S&P 500 hitting a record high, as
investors doubted whether a spike in May consumer prices would spur early policy
tightening by the Federal Reserve.  .N 
    At 10:14 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.52% at
34,624.93. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.52% at 4,241.57 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 0.63% at 13,999.198.
