NWF Group plc ('NWF' or the 'Company'), the specialist distributor operating in UK markets, announces that it has been notified that, on 13 February 2025, Amanda Burton, Non-Executive Chair, purchased 18,470 shares of 25 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'). Following this transaction, Ms Burton will have a beneficial interest in 35,724 Ordinary Shares representing 0.07% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
