The Group was informed on 14 September 2018 that Rob Andrew, Company Secretary had transferred 6,000 ('Ordinary Shares') to his wife Julie Andrew for nil consideration.  
 
Following the transfer, the beneficial holding of Rob Andrew and his connected persons remains unchanged at 91,853 Ordinary Shares representing 0.19 percent of the issued share capital.
