The Group was informed on 28 August 2019 that Rob Andrew, Company Secretary had transferred 10,000 ('Ordinary Shares') to his wife Julie Andrew for nil consideration.  
 
Following the transfer, the beneficial holding of Rob Andrew and his connected persons remains unchanged at 91,853 Ordinary Shares representing 0.19 per cent of the issued share capital.
