NWF Group plc: Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

 

NWF Group plc ('NWF' or the 'Company'), the specialist distributor, announces
that it has been notified that, on 1 March 2024, Chris Belsham, Chief
Executive, purchased 10,000 shares of 25 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'). The
Ordinary Shares will be held in a SIPP for the benefit of Mr Belsham.
Following this transaction, Mr Belsham, together with his spouse, will have a
beneficial interest in 172,845 Ordinary Shares representing 0.35% per cent of
the Company's issued share capital.
