NWF Group plc: Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

NWF Group plc ('NWF', or the 'Company'), the specialist distributor operating
in UK markets today confirms that its 2025 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will
be held on Tuesday 16 September 2025 at 9.30 a.m. at the offices of Brabners
LLP, 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester M2 3BD.

 

The 2025 Notice of AGM, contained within the Company's Annual Report and
Financial Statements for the year ended 31 May 2025, sets out further details
