The announcement below is made in relation to the shareholding of Peter Dubens
as a PDMR. He has transferred shares between two accounts he owns and his
beneficial ownership of the shares has not changed.

Peter Dubens, a Director of the Company, has transferred 7,000,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), from a nominee account in Mr
Dubens's name to another nominee account in Mr Dubens's name, with no change
to the beneficial ownership of the Ordinary Shares. As a result, Mr Dubens's
interest in Ordinary Shares of the Company remains at 20,166,360, representing
12.14% percent of the issued share capital.
