** Shares of Oceana Lithium  OCN.AX  jump as much as 8% to
A$0.475, their highest level since Dec. 12, 2022
    ** Says it entered binding option agreement to buy two
lithium exploration permits in Brazil 
    ** Trading volumes near twice their 30-day average, with
over 88,000 shares traded so far
    ** As of last close, OCN up 27.5% YTD
