** Shares of Oceania Healthcare OCA.NZ rise as much as 2% to NZ$0.755, set to log their best session since July 21, if gains hold
** The healthcare service provider says its board approved an on-market share buyback programme of up to 3.5 million shares in the next 12 months
** Company says it issued 120,740 shares on July 28 and plans to buy back an equivalent number of shares on or from August 5
** Down 18% YTD, including the session's moves
