** Shares of Oceania Healthcare  OCA.NZ  fall as much as 5%
to NZ$0.76, posting their largest intraday pct drop since late
September
    ** New Zealand-based healthcare service provider reports
underlying net profit after tax of NZ$24 mln ($14.06 mln), a 24%
decline compared to the same period last year
    ** Posts total comprehensive income of NZ$11.8 mln, compared
with NZ$61.7 mln last year
    ** Co attributes profit fall to increased interest expenses
for completed developments
    ** Oceania stock up 1.3% YTD, including current session's
moves
