NZ's Oceania Healthcare jumps on higher FY profit

** Shares of retirement village operator Oceania Healthcare
Ltd  OCA.NZ  jump as much as 1.3% to NZ$0.800, hitting their
highest level since Feb. 21
    ** Company posts FY underlying net profit after tax of
NZ$58.6 mln ($37.18 mln) vs NZ$56.7 mln 
    ** Posts FY operating revenue of NZ$247.2 mln compared with
NZ$231.1 mln a year ago
    ** Declares final dividend of 1.3 NZ cents per share
    ** Shares on track for a second consecutive session of gains
    ** About 2.2 mln shares exchange hands vs 30-day average of
515,990 shares
    ** OCA stock up ~4% YTD, as of last close
