** Shares of retirement village operator Oceania Healthcare
 OCA.NZ  rise as much as 5.2% to NZ$1.02, mark their biggest
intraday gain since Jan. 25
    ** Co enters agreements to acquire Remuera Rise and Bream

    ** Says the acquisitions are expected to deliver strong
accretion to underlying earnings per share in FY2023
    ** Shares hit their highest since May 3
    ** Trading volumes are 1.6 times the 30-day average of
