Overseas Shipholding gains on boosting buyback, launching dividend

** Shares of energy transportation firm Overseas Shipholding
Group  OSG.N  rise 5.2% to $5.04 in early trading
    ** Declares cash dividend of 6 cents per share, its first
since spinoff of its international division in 2016 
    ** Board authorizes repurchase of an additional $25 million
of common stock under existing program
     ** Including session's move, stock up ~70% YTD
