Shipholding Group  OSG.N  up 7.1% at $4.28 
    ** Company increases its share repurchase program by $10 mln
to $20 mln
    ** OSG, in May, posted a net income of $12.1 mln vs a
year-ago loss
    ** Stock up 46.7% YTD, including session's gains
