** Shares of energy transportation firm Overseas Shipholding
Group  OSG.N  up 4.2% at $4.16
    ** Co's Q2 net income more than triples from a year earlier,
as expenses related to voyage, vessel and charter hire fell
$17.9 mln compared with the same period in 2022
    ** Co's Q2 net income soars 229% to $12.3 mln vs $3.7 mln a
year earier
    ** Including session moves, shares up 43.9% YTD
