    ** Stock hit its highest point since Jan 31
    ** The copper and rare earths-focused miner receives firm
commitments to raise A$1.17 million ($737,568.00) at issue price
of A$4.5 AU cents per share
    ** Co says funds to be used to advance exploration at its 
Gulf Creek Copper project, located in New South Wales
    ** Stock marks its biggest intraday gain since Jan 16
