** Shares of Israeli-based online cosmetics retailer Oddity Tech ODD.O up 1.1% premarket at $70.22 after it secures more capital than targeted

** Co announces pricing $525 mln 0% 5-yr exchangeable notes for general purposes, including potential acquisitions

** Initial exchange price of $92.03 is 32.5% above stock's last close

** ODD shares on Mon fell 10.2% to $69.46 after co launched $350 mln notes offering vs market cap of about $4 bln

** Co to use ~$55.3 mln of net proceeds for capped call transactions, taking cap price to $138.92, double the stock's last sale

** Through Mon, ODD shares up 70% YTD after hitting record intra-day high of $79.18 last Tues
