Oddity Tech Surges To More Than 7: month high after earnings, outlook

** Shares of ODDITY Tech Ltd. ODD.O up 28.6%, on track for biggest daily pct gain since April 30, 2025, trading at $16.75 after hitting intraday high of $18.44, highest since February 24
** The beauty and wellness company reported Q2 adj, EPS of 20 cents on revenue of $180.5 mln, topping expectations of 16 cents per share and $177.6 mln, per LSEG data
**  ODD sees Q3 net revenue decline of about 5% yr-over-yr compared with a 25% drop in Q2
** ODD has been grappling with technical issues hampering advertising for its main IL MAKIAGE brand, but latest results showed strong growth in its other brands, SpoiledChild and METHODIQ, was helping to offset the weakness
** KeyBanc Capital analyst Scott Schoenhaus upped FY26 revenue estimate to $750 mln from $733 mln
**  Schoenhaus said that while the IL MAKIAGE disruption continued, the company seems closer to a fix "based on the data it has gathered on the root cause" and that "coming out of 2Q print, there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel for ODD"
** Jefferies analyst Brian Tanquilut said the positive move in the stock on Wednesday is "well-deserved" and that "while ad partner algorithm issues persist and remediation is ongoing, ODD is showing progress, as revenue declines are tracking to moderate in Q3" it is also "early to call a full recovery in ODD's business" and as such, kept its "hold" rating intact
** Of the 10 analysts that cover ODDITY Tech Ltd., the breakdown of recommendations is no "strong buy" or "buy," 7 "hold" and 3 "sell" ratings
** Median price target of $10 is unchanged over the last three months
