** The gold explorer executes a memorandum of understanding for Mill Access and Collaboration with Monument Murchison Pty Ltd

** Co says the MoU is for collaboration on studying options to process ore from the Tuckanarra Gold Project at Monument's nearby Burnakura gold processing plant

** About 1.2 million shares change hands, 1.4 times the 30-day average volume of shares

** Stock down 5.6% this year, as of last close
