RUSAL ANNOUNCES TEMPORARY HALT IN PRODUCTION AT NIKOLAEV ALUMINA REFINERY

1 March 2022 - EN+ GROUP IPJSC (the "Company", "EN+" or the "Group")
(LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPG), notes the announcement by its listed subsidiary UC
RUSAL in relation to the Nikolaev Alumina Refinery, Ukraine.

UC RUSAL today announced that due to unavoidable logistical and transport
challenges on the Black Sea and surrounding area, it has been obliged to
temporarily halt production at the Nikolaev Alumina Refinery located in
Nikolaev Region, Ukraine. Although alumina production will be severely
curtailed in the short term at this site, UC RUSAL does not expect there to be
any immediate wider impact on the production of aluminium at its associated
aluminium smelters. UC RUSAL is regularly reviewing future alumina
requirements.

In its announcement, UC RUSAL stresses that its number one priority remains
the welfare and safety of its employees and their families in Ukraine and
commits to continue to take whatever steps are necessary to keep them safe and
to secure the continuity of its business.
