** Shares of Om Freight Forwarders OMFR.NS drop 36.6% from IPO price to 85.57 rupees in trading debut

** Stock opened at 81.50 rupees, 39.6% lower than IPO price of 135 rupees

** Third party logistics services provider's 1.22-bln-rupee IPO, which was subscribed 3.87x, comprised fresh issue of shares as well sale of shares by existing shareholders

** Proceeds from IPO to be used for acquisition of commercial vehicles and heavy equipments and other corporate purposes
