** The corporate financial service provider says in event of U.S. legal finance tax provision being enacted, less than 25% in fair value of co's global investment portfolio might be potentially exposed to tax

** Co currently does not anticipate major negative impact on market dynamics in higher return single matter segment of the U.S. market where it primarily operates

** Stock down 16.7% this year, including the day's move
