Change of Board Responsibilities

 

Ondo InsurTech Plc (LSE: ONDO), a leading provider of claims prevention
technology for home insurers, announces that Gregory Mark Wood CBE,
Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has assumed the role of Executive
Chairman with immediate effect. The Board believes that Mark's extensive prior
experience, including as Chief Executive Officer of Prudential UK and CEO of
AXA UK, will be of considerable value to the Company in an executive function.

 

Mark has acted as Non-Executive Chairman since the Company's admission in
2022. This change in structure will provide additional support to Craig
Foster, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, as the Company continues to
pursue its commercial expansion.

 

Mark Wood currently owns 2,534,652 Ondo shares, representing 1.69% of the
Company's issued share capital.
