Dividend Declaration

One Media iP Group Plc (AIM: OMIP), the digital music rights acquirer,
publisher and distributor has declared a final dividend of 0.055p per ordinary
share, subject to shareholder approval at the Company's forthcoming annual
general meeting.

The ex-dividend date for this payment is 5 May 2022, the record date is 6 May
2022 and the expected payment date is on or by 10 June 2022.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of the UK
