APEX Geoscience to Undertake Exploration at the High-Grade Blue Rocks Project

Oracle Power PLC (AIM: ORCP), an international project developer, is pleased
to announce the appointment of APEX Geoscience Ltd. ("APEX"), a geochemical
consultant, to advance exploration at the Blue Rock Valley Copper and Silver
Project (the "Blue Rocks Project"), located in the Ashburton Basin in the
northwest region of Western Australia.

APEX is expected to commence a geochemical sampling programme in the new year.
Further geophysical techniques are also being considered such as Expert
Geophysics' Mobile MT drone-based system.

Highlights:

· APEX has been appointed to carry out exploration for Oracle at the
high grade Blue Rocks Project.

· A geochemical sampling programme has been confirmed as the next
exploration step.

· Blue Rocks Project's high-grade rock chip and grab samples, as
announced in July 2024, confirmed the historical tenure of the copper
mineralisation:

o 18.21% Copper, OBR001

o 12.34% Copper, OBR002

o 25.70% Copper, OBR003

o 8.56% Copper, OBR004

o 10.08% Copper, OBR005

· A ground gravity survey confirmed multiple gravity targets for follow
up work along the main Blue Rocks Project mineralised trend of approximately
2km strike.

· Drilling targets are to be refined by the geochemical sampling
programme.

Naheed Memon, CEO of Oracle, commented: "It is great to now bring APEX into
the project to undertake exploration for copper over the gravity anomalies
that strike over approximately 2km of the high-grade copper rock chip samples.
Geochemical sampling has been confirmed as the next step to advance the
project towards drilling and will be used as a multi vector to rank gravity
anomalies for priority drilling. We look forward to updating shareholders in
due course as we continue advancing this exciting project."
