Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Oracle Power PLC (AIM:ORCP), an international project developer, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Emma Priestley to the Board as a Non-Executive
Director with immediate effect.
Ms. Priestley has over 20 years' experience in the mining and financial
services sectors, during which she has overseen several corporate
restructurings and mining operations in various jurisdictions including West
Africa and Asia. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of AIM-quoted
GoldStone Resources Limited, a gold producer and exploration company focused
on projects in Ghana, as well as holding active directorships at CrossInvest
Global Management Services Ltd and Cloudbreak Discovery plc. Ms. Priestley was
also on the board of Lonrho plc, until its successful takeover, focusing on
opportunities in agriculture, infrastructure, logistics and natural resources.
Ms. Priestley has previously held roles at GVA Grimley and IMC Mackay &
Schnellmann, investment bank CSFB, VSA Resources and Ambrian Partners. She is
also a graduate of Camborne School of Mines, and a Chartered Mining Engineer
and Chartered Mineral Surveyor.
