Former Director Dealings

 

Oracle Power (AIM: ORCP) has recently become aware of certain dealings in
ordinary shares of Oracle by former non-executive director, Andreas Migge, in
December 2019 and February 2020 as follows:

 24/12/19  2,000,000             1.11 pence

 31/12/19  2,000,000             1.05 pence
 19/02/20  1,000,000             1.10 pence

 19/02/20  3,000,000             1.20 pence
 20/02/20  800,000               1.0 pence

 

These dealings were not previously known to the board of Oracle and the
Company is investigating them in order to establish Mr Migge's current
shareholding and will make a further announcement in due course.
