to announce that the resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting
("AGM") held earlier today, as set out in the formal Notice of Annual General
Meeting dated 9 July 2024 (other than resolution 3, which was withdrawn as
announced earlier today), were all duly approved by shareholders.
