("Orchard", the "Group" or the "Company")

 

Change of accounting reference date and auditor

 

Orchard Funding Group PLC, the finance group which specialises in insurance
premium finance and the professions funding market, announces a change to its
financial year end a change of the Company's auditor

 

Change of financial year end

 

For operational reasons, the Company will be changing its accounting reference
date and financial year end from 31 July to 31 January, effective
immediately.

 

As a result of the change of year end, the Group's next three financial
reporting events will be as follows:

 

·        publication of unaudited interim results for the 12 months to
31 July 2025 by 31 October 2025;

 

·        publication of audited annual accounts for the 18 months to
31 January 2026 by 31 July 2026; and

 

·        publication of unaudited interim results for the 6 months to
31 July 2026 by 31 October 2026.

 

From then, annual and interim reports will be published each year for the 12
months to 31 January and 6 months to 31 July, respectively.

 

Change of auditor

 

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Macalvins Limited
("Macalvins") as the Company's auditor for the 18-month period ending 31
January 2026. Macalvins completed the audit for the Group's Public Interest
Entity, Orchard Bond Finance PLC, for the year ended 31 July 2024.
