This announcement is a replacement for one released earlier today at 10.53 am. The only item changed relates to the price of shares purchased whereby the figure is 87.5p per Share and not 88.95p per Share as previously stated.

Orchard Funding Group ("Orchard" or "Company"), the finance group which specialises in insurance premium finance and the professions funding market, announces that it was notified on Friday, 29th March 2019 that NMB Group Limited Employee Benefit Trust purchased 635,418 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") at 87.5p per Share and now holds 3.54% of the issued share capital of the Company. The Company notes that Ravi Takhar, CEO of the Company, is a beneficiary of the NMB Group Limited Employee Benefit Trust.
