Orchard Funding Group PLC, the finance company which mainly specialises in insurance premium finance and the professions funding market, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2020 and notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders. The documents are available to download on the Company's website http://orchardfundinggroupplc.com/
 
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's offices at 721 Capability Green, Luton, Bedfordshire LU1 3LU on 9 December 2020.
 
Given the COVID-19 pandemic, and uncertainty as to whether non-essential travel will be permitted, shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy and not seek to attend in person at the AGM.
