** Pharmaceutical firm entered into a licensing and supply agreement with Pharmasyntez JSC to commercialize Exblifep (Cefepime/Enmetazobactam) in Russia
** Exblifep is a combination antibiotic for treatment of complicated urinary tract infections and hospital-acquired and ventilator-associated bacterial pneumonia
** YTD, ORCD up ~36%
