    ** Mineral explorer sells its 80% stake in Nevada Lithium
Project to Austroid Corporation in A$4 mln ($2.6 mln) cash deal
    ** Says disposal will help it to focus on Kangaroo Hills &
Miriam Lithium Project in Western Australia
    ** Over 1.3 mln shares traded, ~4x the 30-day avg, in
busiest session since Aug. 7
    ** Stock down ~74% YTD
