Australia's Orecorp gains on grid power extension to Tanzanian gold project

** Shares of Orecorp Ltd  ORR.AX  jump as much as 2.3% to
A$0.44
    ** Mineral explorer says its unit, Sotta Mining Corporation,
signed a non-binding  Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with
Tanzania Electric Supply Company Ltd (TANESCO)
    ** MoU extend grid power to the Nyanzaga Gold Project in
Tanzania
    ** Adds power from TANESCO includes a significant
contribution from sustainable sources which will allow co to
reduce Nyanzaga's carbon emissions intensity
    ** Stock has fallen 7.5% this year, as of last close
