Australia's Orica hits 3-week high on solid results, forecast

** Shares of Orica Ltd  ORI.AX  rise as much as 3.9% to
A$15.650, their highest level since Oct 18 
    ** Stock of mining and infrastructure solutions provider on
track for its third consecutive day of gains 
    ** Co posts 24% rise in underlying EBIT from continuing
operations for FY 
    ** Proposes final dividend of 25.0 Australian cents per
ordinary share
    ** Says earnings increased in all segments y-o-y
    ** Says FY24 EBIT from continuing operations expected to
increase vs pcp 
    ** Says net finance costs for FY24 expected to be in line
with FY23
    ** Stock largely unchanged this year, as of last close
