Oriental Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the appointment of Mr. Pramod Ranjan, who is a Non-executive Director on the Board as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective from November 11, 2015 which will be subject to the approval of members pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
