** Shares of Orora  ORA.AX  rise as much as 9.5% to A$2.485,
their highest levels since March 28
    ** Stock top gainer in benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO  
    ** The packaging firm reports FY24 underlying net profit
after tax (NPAT) of A$223.7 mln ($148.49 mln), up 10.2% vs pcp
    ** Co declares final ordinary dividend of 5 Australian cents
per share
    ** Adds co is currently in discussions to divest OPS
business
    ** Around 11.8 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 7.2 mln shares
    ** Stock has fallen 12.7% this year, as of last close
