Weekly Net Asset Value Reporting

 

The Board of Oryx International Growth Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased
to announce that the Company will increase the frequency of its Net Asset
Value ("NAV") announcements by including weekly NAV reporting in addition to
the current monthly NAV reporting.

 

From Monday 11(th) May 2026 onwards, the Company's NAV per share will be
announced on a weekly basis, every Monday, in accordance with the Company's
valuation policy. This change is intended to provide investors with more
frequent and timely information regarding the Company's NAV.

 

The weekly NAV announcements will be made via a Regulatory Information Service
(RIS) and will be available on the Company's website at
www.oryxinternationalgrowthfund.co.uk
