Proposed Acquisition of Animalcare Group Plc

The Board of Oryx is pleased to note the proposed acquisition of Animalcare
Group Plc. On 31 March 2026, Oryx owned 6,500,000 shares of the Company. At
the recommended offer price, there will be an increase in the 31 March 2026
Net Asset Value of approximately 52p per share.
