Brief: NEF announces tender offer for Orzel Bialy at 8.65 zloty/shr

Jan 23 (Reuters) - Orzel Bialy SA  OBL.WA  
    * NEF Battery Holdings S.a r.l. (NEF) announces tender offer 
for 6,568,261 shares representing 39.45 pct stake in Orzel Bialy 
 OBL.WA  at 8.65 zloty per share, representatives of the 
companies and IPOPEMA Securities said in a statement on Monday  
    * Under the tender the shares of the company will be 
purchased by NEF and Orzel Bialy 
    * NEF plans to buy 14.45 pct stake in Orzel Bialy and Orzel 
Bialy plans to buy 25 pct stake  
    * Under the tender NEF Battery Holdings and Orzel Bialy plan 
to reach jointly 100 pct stake in the company  
    * Currently NEF holds 60.55 pct stake in Orzel Bialy  
    * Subscription period runs from Feb. 10 until March 15 
    * NEF intends to re-materialize Orzel Bialy's shares and 
delist Orzel Bialy from the main market of the Warsaw Stock
