Dec 22  (Reuters) - Orzel Bialy SA  OBL.WA : 
    * Said on Monday that within its capital group and under the 
agreement concerning dissolution of IP Lead Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., 
it acquired 1,000 shares (100 percent stake) of Helidor sp. z 
o.o., worth 53.1 million zlotys ($13.7 million)
