Brief: Orzel Bialy informs on one-off events impact on FY 2015 net profit

March 3 (Reuters) - Orzel Bialy SA  OBL.WA : 
    * Said on Wednesday that the impairment tests carried out in 
relation to 2015 financial statement indicated legitimacy of 
recognition of inventories write-offs in the amount of 2.8 
million zlotys ($704,580) 
    * Inventories write-offs will increase the cost of sold 
products, goods and materials 
    * Says, taking into account the tax effect of this one-off 
event, the FY 2015 net profit will be lowered by 2.3 million 
zlotys  
    * In addition, the FY 2015 net profit will be increased by 
10.5 million zlotys, following the settlement of termination of 
cooperation and the dissolution of the joint venture under 
Bytomski Park Przemyslowy (Bytom Industrial Park)  
    * Bytom Industrial Park project was run jointly by Orzel 
Bialy, PUMECH Sp. z o.o. and Gornoslaska Agencja 
Przedsiebiorczosci i Rozwoju sp. z o.o.
