The Company announces the following transactions by PDMRs on 25 March 2026 in
the Company’s ordinary shares of £0.01 each, which include the vesting and
sale of shares that had been granted pursuant to awards made under the 2022
Deferred Share Bonus Plan (DSBP), 2022 Performance Share Plan (PSP), 2023
DSBP, 2023 PSP and 2025 DSBP.
